A yoga nidra session is a deep relaxation process with the goal of reaching the state of yoga nidra, a powerful alertness within a ‘sleeping’ body.

Resting in savasana (corpse pose), and with the use of props for support, you’ll be guided on a journey through the five koshas (the layers of your being) and tap into your inner well of wisdom, and with practice commune with your higher Self.

Sometimes you'll use a sankalpa (a presently- and positively-worded statement about a quality or goal you wish to cultivate).
